Small bleached or discolored spots can often be restored by replacing the damaged dye in the carpet. However, this process requires dye mixing, and a certain amount of practice to achieve an acceptable result. As an alternative, you can choose to perform a very simple and easy recoloring of the spot using Color Modifier Cosmetics (CMC's). These dyes are wax based and can be easily applied.
